If you are selling your home and your agent asks for the "Disclosure Package" send them to this section to download the documents. In 2006, IVHA voted to sell the pool and tennis court. The funds from the sale allowed the association to suspend dues in 2008. Much of the IVHA land was granted as easements to members. To see if you are eligible for an easement, use the
